Edgewood Vanilla Box Renovation
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Client: Saglo Companies
Horn General Contracting partnered with Saglo Companies out of Miami, FL to convert an old Subway into a Vanilla Box. The project included a full demo of a 1,000 Sqft space, new drop ceiling, lighting, ADA compliant, and ADA access ramp. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
UEI Campus Improvements
Location: Morrow, GA
Client: Saglo Companies
UEI in Morrow, GA reached out to Horn General Contracting to assess some of the building damages they encountered from some ongoing water intrusion. We were able to discover the source of the intrusions, develop a scope of work, and execute the repairs in a timely manner. This scope included new parapet TPO, exterior paint, coping replacement, and classroom remodeling and wall repairs.
Buford Indoor Golf Facility Utility
Location: Buford, GA
Client: Saglo Companies
Horn General Contracting partnered with Saglo Companies and Buford Indoor Golf to complete their exterior utility feeds to their newly acquired property. This project consisted of 700 feet of sewer line, 250 feet of water, and 300 feet of a new underground electrical service. We are happy to support this new source of entertainment for the city of Buford!
South State Bank Interior Remediation
Location: Canton, GA
Client: South State Bank
Horn General Contracting partnered with South State Bank to remediate some old roof leaks. This project had to be completed after hours and over the weekend to allow for normal business operations. We demoed, refinished, and painted an office and conference room to complete this scope. We are happy to assist our clients despite the work requirements!
Kendall Square Utility Split and Sub-metering
Location: Miami, FL
Client: Saglo Companies
Horn General Contracting partnered with Saglo Companies to reconfigure the utilities that feed three of their tenant spaces. The main focus of the project was the main electrical service that supplied two suites. We were successful in splitting the power between the two suites while maintaining normal business operations. We also installed three new submeters while we were on site.
